【摘要】：兒童參加課外培訓班是我國教育市場上一道獨特風景,屬于典型的家庭教育消費決策行為。本文在家庭決策理論的基礎上,首先,從文獻資料收集、專家訪談和實際調(diào)查中,系統(tǒng)梳理總結(jié)了家庭兒童培訓消費決策過程的影響因素,具體分為家庭(父母)、子女、培訓企業(yè)、需求決策過程和區(qū)域環(huán)境5個方面,共19個因素;其次,運用系統(tǒng)工程學的解析結(jié)構(gòu)模型法(ISM)將影響因素分為表層直接影響因素和深層根本影響因素,構(gòu)建了反映各影響因素路徑關系的結(jié)構(gòu)模型;之后,運用層次分析法(AHP)和熵值法(Entropy)相結(jié)合的AHP-Entropy綜合法來確定表層直接影響因素的權(quán)重值;最后,根據(jù)實際調(diào)查以兒童年齡為依據(jù),將兒童參加培訓的過程劃分為四個階段,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同階段中父母和兒童兩方面包含的5個因素的影響程度發(fā)生變化,并進一步運用AHP-Entropy綜合法對這5個因素分階段計算權(quán)重值并作比較分析。
[Abstract]:The participation of children in extracurricular training courses is a unique landscape in the education market of our country, which belongs to the typical family educational consumption decision making behavior. Based on the family decision theory, this paper, first of all, from the literature collection, expert interviews and actual investigation, This paper systematically summarizes the influencing factors of family children's training and consumption decision-making process, including family (parents, children, training enterprises, demand decision-making process and regional environment), a total of 19 factors. By using the analytical structural model method of system engineering, the influence factors are divided into the surface direct influence factors and the deep fundamental influence factors, and the structural model reflecting the path relationship of each influence factor is constructed. The AHP-Entropy synthesis method combined with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the entropy method (Entropy) is used to determine the weight value of the direct influence factors on the surface layer. Finally, according to the actual investigation, the process of children participating in the training is divided into four stages, according to the actual investigation, the process of children participating in the training is divided into four stages.
