【摘要】：黨的十八屆三中全會《決定》提出了"擴(kuò)大中等收入者比重,逐步形成橄欖型分配格局"的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想。逐步形成中等收入者占多數(shù)的橄欖型分配格局,有賴于社會各階層特別是底層社會成員知識技能水平的不斷提高,這就客觀要求大力促進(jìn)教育公平,以加快社會流動,擴(kuò)大中等收入群體。
[Abstract]:The third Plenary session of the 18 Central Committee of the Party put forward the strategic idea of "enlarging the proportion of middle-income people and gradually forming an olive distribution pattern." It depends on the continuous improvement of the knowledge and skill level of all social strata, especially the members of the bottom social class, which objectively demands to promote the equity of education so as to speed up the social mobility and expand the middle income group.
