【摘要】：教育均衡的倫理困境包括"個(gè)體教育公平"、"教師流動(dòng)"、"校際合作"、"政府目標(biāo)"等幾個(gè)方面的倫理悖論,具體表現(xiàn)為"自由擇校"與"就近入學(xué)"之爭(zhēng)、"正向流動(dòng)"與"逆向流動(dòng)"之爭(zhēng)、"資源集中"與"資源分散"之爭(zhēng)、"教育均衡"與"績(jī)效考核"之爭(zhēng)。這一困境的倫理成因包括概念認(rèn)知問(wèn)題、對(duì)策思路問(wèn)題和管理體制問(wèn)題等多個(gè)方面。對(duì)于這一問(wèn)題的倫理思考要求協(xié)調(diào)好多個(gè)方面的倫理關(guān)系,具體包括投入與效率、規(guī)模與規(guī)律、外在與內(nèi)在、同質(zhì)與特色、重要與一般、政府與學(xué)校等幾個(gè)方面。
[Abstract]:The ethical dilemma of education balance includes the ethical paradox of "individual education fairness", "teacher mobility", "inter-school cooperation", "government goal" and so on. It is manifested in the contention between "free choice of school" and "nearest entrance", between "positive flow" and "reverse flow", and between "concentration of resources" and "dispersion of resources". The ethical causes of this dilemma include conceptual cognition. The ethical thinking of this problem requires the coordination of ethical relations in many aspects, including input and efficiency, scale and law, external and internal. Homogeneity and characteristics, importance and general, government and schools and other aspects.
