【摘要】：當(dāng)前,學(xué)校對制度之于道德的"作用域"并不清晰。制度的德育價值在于"止惡"和"揚善"。德育制度只能作用于學(xué)生的行為,但無法作用于學(xué)生的心靈和品格;可以導(dǎo)出"善行",但無法形成內(nèi)在的"善性"。德育可以始于"制度",但不能僅限于"制度"。學(xué)生基于"善性"的真正的道德成長,德育的作用無可替代。真正有效的德育,需要從喚醒和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的同情心入手。
[Abstract]:At present, the school system in the moral "scope" is not clear. The moral value system is the "stopping evil" and "good" behavior. Moral education system can only act on the students, but not in the student's mind and character can be derived; "good", but not "good" internal form the moral can be started in the "system", but not limited to the "system". Based on the students "good" real moral growth, the irreplaceable role of moral education. Moral education is really effective, need to start from the wake and the cultivation of students' sympathy.
