【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展,生活節(jié)奏的加快,社會(huì)對(duì)人才需求的提高,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的心理壓力增大,出現(xiàn)心理不適人群日益增多,有的甚至因?yàn)樾睦碚系K而嚴(yán)重影響身心健康。民辦高職院校學(xué)生作為大學(xué)生的特殊群體,受其自身入學(xué)條件和就讀環(huán)境的影響,其心理健康問題尤為突出。因此,對(duì)當(dāng)前民辦高職院校學(xué)生心理健康現(xiàn)狀和對(duì)策進(jìn)行研究顯得尤為重要。本論文旨在通過分析A民辦高職院校學(xué)生心理健康的現(xiàn)狀和原因,尋求可行性對(duì)策。全文包括四章：第一章：緒論。闡述研究背景和意義,界定心理健康相關(guān)概念,總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹具體的研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法。第二章：A民辦高職院校學(xué)生心理健康調(diào)查研究。對(duì)A民辦高職院校學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查和個(gè)案訪談,總結(jié)民辦高職院校學(xué)生心理健康方面存在的主要問題。第三章：民辦高職院校學(xué)生心理健康問題原因分析。主要分析了學(xué)生個(gè)體因素、學(xué)校教育因素、社會(huì)支持因素對(duì)民辦高職院校學(xué)生心理健康的影響。第四章：民辦高職院校學(xué)生心理健康對(duì)策研究。通過上文的原因分析,從引導(dǎo)學(xué)生樹立正確的心理健康教育觀；強(qiáng)化民辦高職院校心理健康教育實(shí)施；營(yíng)造民辦高職院校學(xué)生心理健康教育環(huán)境三個(gè)方面提出解決對(duì)策。本文的初衷在于通過對(duì)A民辦高職院校學(xué)生心理健康問題的分析和探討,以尋求民辦高職院校開展大學(xué)生心理健康工作行之有效的措施。大學(xué)生心理健康教育是一個(gè)社會(huì)性的系統(tǒng)工程,僅僅靠某一個(gè)人、某一個(gè)群體、某一個(gè)地區(qū)是不可能解決的,因而解決心理健康問題需要借助學(xué)校環(huán)境、家庭環(huán)境和社會(huì)環(huán)境的密切配合和共同努力,以及自身修養(yǎng)等途徑,目的是要建立民辦高職院校學(xué)生心理健康教育的綜合體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生心理健康的自我調(diào)適,最終達(dá)到促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心健康全面發(fā)展的目的。
[Abstract]:With the social progress and development, accelerate the pace of life, increasing social demand for talent, the contemporary college students' psychological pressure, psychological discomfort and the increasing of people, some even because of psychological obstacles which seriously affect the physical and mental health. Private vocational college students as a special group of college students, influenced by its own admission conditions and studying the environment, the mental health problem is particularly prominent. Therefore, the current mental health status of private vocational college students and countermeasures is particularly important. This paper aims at the status and the reasons of the psychological health of the students in Private Higher Vocational Colleges A analysis, seeking the feasible countermeasures. This thesis consists of four chapters: the first chapter: introduction describes the research background and. The significance, defines the related concepts of mental health, summarizes the research situation, the specific research contents and methods. The second chapter: A Private Higher Vocational College Investigation on the mental health of the students of A school. Students in private higher vocational colleges conducted a questionnaire survey and case interview, summarizes the main problems of private college students' psychological health. The third chapter: analysis of the causes of mental health problems of students in private vocational colleges. The main analysis of the students' individual factors, school factors, psychological factors on the effect of social support private vocational college students health. The fourth chapter: the Countermeasures of the psychological health of the students in private vocational colleges. Through the above analysis of the causes of mental health education, establish the correct view of the students; strengthen the mental health education of private higher vocational colleges; create three aspects of environment of psychological health education of students in private vocational colleges. This paper proposes the solution countermeasure the original intention is through the analysis and discussion of students' psychological health problems of A in private higher vocational colleges, to seek private higher vocational college School students' mental health work effective measures. The mental health education of college students is a social system project, only one person, one group, a certain area is not resolved, thus solving the problems of psychological health need the help of the school environment, family environment and social environment closely and together, as well as self accomplishment, purpose is to establish a comprehensive system of psychological health education of students in private vocational colleges, realize students' mental health self adjustment, to promote the all-round development of the students' physical and mental health.
