【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會,教育由于受到功利化的侵蝕,已經(jīng)變得平庸化、弱智化并走向效率崇拜。但教育是關(guān)乎真理和幸福的精神性事業(yè),因此必須改變當(dāng)前教育的功利化狀況,這就需要教育充滿純粹的精神氣質(zhì),也即將教育視為自成目的性的存在,以塑造理想人性、促進(jìn)學(xué)生幸福成長為本意;在方式方法上力求正當(dāng)性、向善性;同時(shí),教師應(yīng)當(dāng)守護(hù)教育者的尊嚴(yán)與師者的美好形象。
[Abstract]:Education is the spiritual cause of truth and happiness . But education is a spiritual undertaking which is related to truth and happiness . Therefore , education is a spiritual undertaking which is related to truth and happiness . Therefore , it is necessary to change the power of current education . This requires that education be full of pure spiritual temperament , and education is regarded as the existence of self - purpose , so as to shape the ideal human nature and promote the student ' s happiness . At the same time , teachers should guard the dignity of the educator and the good image of the teacher .
