【摘要】：本文在研究柯爾伯格道德建構(gòu)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,旨在闡明實(shí)踐和環(huán)境是青少年思想品德形成的重要條件。柯爾伯格認(rèn)為,個(gè)體道德的發(fā)展,既不是由教育給定的知識(shí)內(nèi)化過程,也不是生物學(xué)研究的本能成熟所致,而是主體在環(huán)境影響和實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中建構(gòu)起來的。青少年的德育過程不能僅僅理解為純理性的思維產(chǎn)物,也不能看成是被動(dòng)適應(yīng)預(yù)先設(shè)定的程序,更不是站在實(shí)踐之外靜觀,這就要求德育主體要積極主動(dòng)參與實(shí)踐。同時(shí),思想品德的結(jié)構(gòu)也決定了德育具有鮮明的實(shí)踐特征,因此實(shí)踐是德育的本質(zhì)屬性。實(shí)踐繞不開環(huán)境,環(huán)境對(duì)德育主體具有強(qiáng)大的塑造功能。
[Abstract]:Based on the study of Colberg's moral construction theory, this paper aims to clarify that practice and environment are the important conditions for the formation of teenagers' moral character. Neither by the process of internalization of knowledge given by education, nor by the instinctive maturation of biological research. The process of moral education of teenagers can not only be understood as the product of pure rational thinking, nor can it be regarded as a predefined procedure of passive adaptation. This requires the subject of moral education to take an active part in practice. At the same time, the structure of moral education also determines that moral education has distinct characteristics of practice. Therefore, practice is the essential attribute of moral education.
