【摘要】：智慧城市是以物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能、虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)等信息技術(shù)為手段,實(shí)現(xiàn)城市運(yùn)行管理更智慧、民生服務(wù)更高效、社會(huì)治理更精準(zhǔn)、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展更健康等目標(biāo)的城市發(fā)展新理念。自這一理念提出以來(lái),國(guó)內(nèi)外的眾多城市紛紛開展實(shí)踐,大大提高了城市發(fā)展水平。棗莊市自2015年啟動(dòng)智慧城市建設(shè),作為城市轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的重要決策之一,經(jīng)過近兩年的努力,打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),在多個(gè)領(lǐng)域取得了突破性的進(jìn)展,但畢竟還僅僅處于起步階段,存在許多需要改進(jìn)的地方,智慧城市的建設(shè)成果和實(shí)際作用還有很大的提升空間。因此,研究棗莊市的智慧城市建設(shè)理論和方案,對(duì)保證智慧城市理念貫徹、提升棗莊市的城市發(fā)展水平、確保城市成功轉(zhuǎn)型具有重要意義。本文以棗莊市為研究對(duì)象,棗莊市開展智慧城市建設(shè)以來(lái),確定了總體建設(shè)方案,出臺(tái)了多項(xiàng)文件,成立了專門的機(jī)構(gòu),在政務(wù)、民生、產(chǎn)業(yè)、城市管理等領(lǐng)域開展一系列智慧化建設(shè)和改造,智慧城市建設(shè)效果初步顯現(xiàn)。但是,棗莊智慧城市建設(shè)在信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)能力、應(yīng)用支撐能力等方便還存在一些不足,同時(shí)還面臨著技術(shù)、資金、安全等幾個(gè)方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文通過梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外智慧城市研究成果,并比較國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)城市的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),確定智慧城市的主要特征和核心要素,分析制約棗莊市智慧城市建設(shè)的幾項(xiàng)因素,針對(duì)性地提出適合棗莊的智慧城市總體設(shè)想和具體建設(shè)內(nèi)容,針對(duì)性地制定各方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范措施。以本文研究結(jié)果為依據(jù),可以解決棗莊智慧城市建設(shè)面臨的諸多問題,提升城市發(fā)展水平。
[Abstract]:Intelligent city is based on the Internet of things, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, virtual reality and other information technology as a means to achieve more intelligent urban operation and management, people's livelihood services more efficient, social governance more accurate,A new concept of urban development with the aim of more healthy industrial development.Since this idea was put forward, many cities at home and abroad have carried out practice, which has greatly improved the level of urban development.Zaozhuang has started the construction of intelligent city since 2015. As one of the important decisions of urban transformation and development, after nearly two years of efforts, Zaozhuang has laid a solid foundation and made breakthrough progress in many fields, but after all, it is still in its infancy.There are many areas to be improved, and there is still much room for improvement in the construction of intelligent cities.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the theory and scheme of the construction of the intelligent city in Zaozhuang, to ensure the implementation of the concept of the intelligent city, to promote the level of urban development in Zaozhuang, and to ensure the successful transformation of the city.This article takes Zaozhuang as the research object. Since the development of the wisdom city construction in Zaozhuang, Zaozhuang has determined the overall construction plan, issued a number of documents, set up special institutions, in government affairs, people's livelihood, industry,A series of intelligent construction and transformation have been carried out in the field of urban management.However, the construction of Zaozhuang Wisdom City has some shortcomings in the construction of information infrastructure, data-driven ability, application support ability and so on. At the same time, it also faces the risks of technology, capital, security and so on.Through combing the domestic and foreign intelligent city research achievements, and comparing the domestic and foreign advanced cities' practical experience, this paper determines the main characteristics and core elements of the intelligent city, and analyzes several factors that restrict the construction of the intelligent city in Zaozhuang.This paper puts forward the general idea and concrete construction content of the intelligent city suitable for Zaozhuang, and formulates the risk prevention measures in all aspects.Based on the results of this paper, many problems in the construction of Zaozhuang Wisdom City can be solved and the level of urban development can be improved.
