互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代電信運(yùn)營商渠道運(yùn)作研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,伴隨著新興互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的不斷壯大和業(yè)務(wù)的不斷完善,傳統(tǒng)的電信運(yùn)營商的業(yè)務(wù)受到互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的替代和排擠越來越嚴(yán)重。尤其是基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)的電信運(yùn)營商業(yè)務(wù)的不斷更新,電信運(yùn)營商被邊緣化的可能性越來越大,而目前電信運(yùn)營商正在迅速的被管道化。電信運(yùn)營商渠道的運(yùn)作和再塑造對(duì)于電信運(yùn)營商的運(yùn)營起到至關(guān)重要的作用。研究電信運(yùn)營商傳統(tǒng)渠道的運(yùn)作以及基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺(tái)的渠道的運(yùn)作,對(duì)電信運(yùn)營商下一步的運(yùn)營,可以提供一定的參考價(jià)值。 論文共分五章。第一章為諸論簡(jiǎn)要介紹了課題的選擇背景及該課題研究的必要性。第二章介紹相關(guān)的理論支持以及電信運(yùn)營商的傳統(tǒng)渠道情況,通過對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代銷售特點(diǎn)的分析為下面的闡述奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章介紹了電信運(yùn)營商的天然“壁壘”,仍有一定的壁壘優(yōu)勢(shì)。同時(shí)對(duì)電信運(yùn)營商新業(yè)務(wù)的入口及發(fā)展核心問題進(jìn)行闡述,指出電信運(yùn)營商在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)鍵入口。第四章從實(shí)體渠道、新興拓展渠道以及基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)思維的傳統(tǒng)實(shí)體渠道的改造三個(gè)入手,對(duì)電信運(yùn)營商在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的渠道發(fā)展提出相關(guān)建議。第五章為基于前四章研究的基礎(chǔ)上的實(shí)際案例應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of interconnection technology, with the growing of new Internet enterprises and the continuous improvement of business, the business of traditional telecom operators is more and more serious by the substitution and exclusion of Internet enterprises.Especially with the continuous renewal of telecom service based on Internet platform, it is more and more possible for telecom operators to be marginalized, and at present, telecom operators are being managed rapidly.The operation and remolding of the channels of telecom operators play a vital role in the operation of telecom operators.The study of the operation of the traditional channels and the channels based on the Internet platform can provide some reference value for the next operation of the telecom operators.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter briefly introduces the background and necessity of the research.The second chapter introduces the related theoretical support and the traditional channels of telecom operators, through the analysis of the characteristics of sales in the Internet era, lay a theoretical foundation for the following elaboration.The third chapter introduces the natural "barrier" of telecom operators, still has certain barrier superiority.At the same time, this paper expounds the entry and development core of new services of telecom operators, and points out the key entrance of business development of telecom operators in the Internet era.The fourth chapter starts with the transformation of the physical channel, the new expanding channel and the traditional physical channel based on the Internet thinking, and puts forward the relevant suggestions for the channel development of the telecom operators in the Internet era.The fifth chapter is the application of practical cases based on the first four chapters.
