印度尼西亞開(kāi)展職業(yè)教育促進(jìn)人力資源管理的研究

經(jīng)濟(jì)趨勢(shì)不但要求受過(guò)更好教育的勞動(dòng)力,而且需要更復(fù)雜的知識(shí)和技能。大多數(shù)國(guó)家試圖的問(wèn)題是改進(jìn)職業(yè)教育和培訓(xùn)或被稱為VET。職業(yè)教育方案之所以受歡迎,是因?yàn)樵摲桨笧閷W(xué)員提供職業(yè)和技術(shù)教育。這些學(xué)員準(zhǔn)備作為基于人工或?qū)嵺`領(lǐng)域的工作的受訓(xùn)人員。工作與特定交易和職業(yè)有關(guān)。本研究的重點(diǎn)是印度尼西亞的職業(yè)教育和培訓(xùn)。印尼擁有2.63億人口,是僅次于中國(guó)、印度和美國(guó)的世界第四大人口大國(guó)。如果政府能夠適當(dāng)利用人力資源,擁有龐大的人口可以為國(guó)家?guī)?lái)好處。人口增長(zhǎng)也必須伴隨著人力資源的發(fā)展。因此,目前人力資源遇到復(fù)雜問(wèn)題的情況,其中之一就是失業(yè)。根據(jù)印尼中央統(tǒng)計(jì)局引用的數(shù)據(jù),在過(guò)去五年中,印尼的失業(yè)率有所下降,但同時(shí)調(diào)查顯示,與其他相比高中畢業(yè)生的失業(yè)率最高。其中一個(gè)因素是勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)不匹配問(wèn)題造成的。勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)需求和人力資源之間不平等。因此,印尼的勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)遇到了勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)無(wú)法正常吸收的"供大于求"的問(wèn)題。供過(guò)于求的問(wèn)題由幾個(gè)因素引起;其中一個(gè)因素是由于畢業(yè)生的技能不符合企業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。因此,政府通過(guò)12年義務(wù)教育制度(Nawa Cita政策)提高教育質(zhì)量。Nawa Cita政策是一個(gè)國(guó)家發(fā)展議程,包括九個(gè)發(fā)...
