【摘要】：目的調(diào)查并分析上海市某三甲中醫(yī)醫(yī)院青年醫(yī)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的現(xiàn)狀及影響因素,為中醫(yī)類青年醫(yī)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的制定提供科學(xué)合理的依據(jù)。方法將人力資源部的職業(yè)規(guī)劃工作與最新的Serv Qual量表相結(jié)合,設(shè)計(jì)完成專門針對(duì)青年醫(yī)師的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀量表。采用該量表對(duì)上海市某三甲中醫(yī)醫(yī)院的232名在崗青年醫(yī)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 1中醫(yī)類青年醫(yī)生總體職業(yè)價(jià)值觀較好,但在利他價(jià)值觀方面存在不足。2女性內(nèi)在價(jià)值觀優(yōu)于男性;年齡、學(xué)歷、職稱的差異,影響青年醫(yī)生社會(huì)價(jià)值觀的改變;戶籍和家庭年收入影響青年醫(yī)生的外在價(jià)值觀。結(jié)論醫(yī)院針對(duì)中醫(yī)類青年醫(yī)生的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀特點(diǎn),應(yīng)建立輕松和諧的工作氛圍、改善外部工作環(huán)境、調(diào)整外部?jī)r(jià)值;應(yīng)合理分配崗位、明確崗位職責(zé)、制定青年醫(yī)生人才培養(yǎng)方案;可將中醫(yī)文化內(nèi)涵與青年醫(yī)生的職業(yè)成長(zhǎng)相結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the status quo and influencing factors of young doctors' professional values in a three-tier Chinese medicine hospital in Shanghai, so as to provide scientific and reasonable basis for the formulation of career planning for young doctors of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods the career planning work of human resources department was combined with the latest Serv Qual scale, and a professional value scale for young doctors was designed and completed. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 232 young doctors in a third A traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Shanghai. Results (1) the overall professional values of young doctors in traditional Chinese medicine were good, but there were shortcomings in altruistic values. (2) the internal values of women were better than those of men, and the differences in age, educational background and professional title affected the changes of social values of young doctors. Household registration and annual family income affect the external values of young doctors. Conclusion according to the characteristics of occupational values of young doctors of traditional Chinese medicine, the hospital should establish a relaxed and harmonious working atmosphere, improve the external working environment and adjust the external value. It is necessary to allocate the posts reasonably, to make clear the responsibilities of the posts, and to formulate the training plan for young doctors, which can combine the cultural connotation of traditional Chinese medicine with the professional growth of young doctors.
