【摘要】：目的探討我院門診量變化趨勢(shì)和規(guī)律。方法收集2010-2015年門診量數(shù)據(jù),采用時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)季節(jié)指數(shù)分析法進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果我院門診量呈現(xiàn)逐年增長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì),并且一年中門診量隨著季節(jié)的變化表現(xiàn)出明顯的季節(jié)波動(dòng),具有周期性和反復(fù)性。季度季節(jié)指數(shù)以第三季度最高(106.28%),第一季度最低(92.81%)。月季節(jié)指數(shù)以7月最高(111.24%),2月最低(80.24%)。結(jié)論醫(yī)院管理者應(yīng)根據(jù)門診量季節(jié)變化規(guī)律,合理調(diào)配人力資源和醫(yī)療物資,提升門診的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,更好地為患者服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changing trend and regularity of outpatient volume in our hospital. Methods Clinical data from 2010 to 2015 were collected and analyzed statistically with seasonal index analysis of time series data. Results the number of outpatient visits in our hospital showed an increasing trend year by year, and there were obvious seasonal fluctuations with seasonal changes in one year, which showed periodicity and repetition. The quarterly index was the highest in the third quarter (106.28 percent) and the lowest in the first quarter (92.81 percent). The monthly seasonal index was the highest in July (111.24%) and the lowest in February (80.24%). Conclusion Hospital managers should rationally allocate human resources and medical materials according to the seasonal variation of outpatient service quantity, improve the service quality of outpatient service, and better serve the patients.
