【摘要】：高校作為國家科技創(chuàng)新的重要載體和主要力量,已經(jīng)不再單純滿足于教學任務的完成,而是逐步形成了科研工作在高校的重要地位。但是,伴隨著高校的飛速發(fā)展,高等學校的數(shù)量幾乎翻了一倍,招生規(guī)模也在逐年擴大,人力資源、資金以及教學科研儀器設備的相對短缺和落后等對科研創(chuàng)新水平存在一定的影響。因此,亟待解決高校創(chuàng)新發(fā)展中存在的問題,將科研創(chuàng)新和經(jīng)濟建設有機結(jié)合,以促進我國高�？蒲袆�(chuàng)新水平的持續(xù)提升。
[Abstract]:As an important carrier and main force of national scientific and technological innovation, colleges and universities are no longer simply satisfied with the completion of teaching tasks, but have gradually formed the important position of scientific research work in colleges and universities. However, with the rapid development of colleges and universities, the number of colleges and universities has almost doubled, the enrollment scale is also expanding year by year, human resources, The relative shortage and backwardness of funds and teaching and research instruments and equipments have certain influence on the level of scientific research innovation. Therefore, the problems existing in the innovation and development of colleges and universities should be solved urgently, and the scientific research innovation and economic construction should be combined organically to promote the continuous improvement of the level of scientific research innovation in colleges and universities in China.
