【摘要】：目的調(diào)查夜間血液透析(NHD)護(hù)士職業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的感知度,分析其影響因素,探討應(yīng)對(duì)方法。方法采用《護(hù)理職業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估問卷》調(diào)查25名NHD護(hù)士和25名常規(guī)血液透析(CHD)護(hù)士的職業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),然后使用Likert Scale5級(jí)評(píng)分法對(duì)問卷進(jìn)行賦值評(píng)估,獲得職業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指數(shù),并分析其相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果 NHD護(hù)士在事故性危害,化學(xué)性危害,以及人體工效學(xué)、心理社會(huì)、組織因素危害3個(gè)維度的得分高于CHD護(hù)士(P0.05)。其中工作時(shí)間不規(guī)律、人際關(guān)系不協(xié)調(diào)、頻繁倒班、加班、夜班引起的危害以及人力資源不足、超負(fù)荷工作引起的危害平均風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指數(shù)在各子項(xiàng)目中排名前2位,屬于不可容許風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。結(jié)論 NHD護(hù)士職業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高于CHD護(hù)士,其形成因素具有特異性,應(yīng)積極采取多種舉措以預(yù)防和降低護(hù)理職業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the perception of occupational risk of (NHD) nurses on nightly hemodialysis, analyze the influencing factors and explore the coping methods. Methods the occupational risk of 25 NHD nurses and 25 routine hemodialysis (CHD) nurses were investigated by the Nursing Occupational risk Assessment questionnaire. The occupational risk index was obtained by evaluating the occupational risk index by using the Likert Scale5 grade scoring method. The related risk factors were analyzed. Results the scores of NHD nurses in the three dimensions of accident hazard, chemical hazard, ergonomics, psycho-social and organizational factors were higher than those of CHD nurses (P0.05). Among them, irregular working hours, uncoordinated interpersonal relationships, frequent shift work, overtime, damage caused by night shift and insufficient human resources, the average risk index of hazards caused by overwork ranked the top 2 in each subproject. Is an impermissible risk. Conclusion the occupational risk of NHD nurses is higher than that of CHD nurses.
