【摘要】：新生代農(nóng)民教育培育是造就農(nóng)業(yè)后備人才的關(guān)鍵,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是培育新生代農(nóng)民的有效途徑。本文通過對新生代農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的分析,探討了新生代農(nóng)民隱性資本開發(fā)的途徑,提出了促進(jìn)新生代農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of new generation farmers' education is the key to bring up agricultural reserve talents, and entrepreneurship education is an effective way to cultivate new generation farmers. Based on the analysis of the entrepreneurial ability of the new generation farmers, this paper probes into the ways of developing the recessive capital of the new generation peasants, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the new generation farmers' entrepreneurship education.
