公務員激勵困境的形成原因及化解方法

【摘要】:正一、公務員激勵及其重要意義激勵是人力資源管理的重要內容,科學、合理的激勵機制能持續(xù)地激發(fā)公務員的工作動力,促進勤政廉政,提高工作效能。從某種意義上說,公務員激勵機制既關系公務員的個人發(fā)展,也關系黨和國家各項事業(yè)的發(fā)展。一方面,激勵直接關系公務員的個人利益,能調動其主觀能動性,挖掘其個人潛力,促進其個人能力的提升;另一方面,激勵機制能夠增加公務員對其
[Abstract]:First, the motivation of civil servants and its important significance is an important part of human resource management. A scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism can continuously stimulate the working motivation of civil servants, promote a diligent and honest administration, and improve work efficiency. In a sense, the civil servant incentive mechanism is not only related to the personal development of civil servants, but also related to the development of the party and the state. On the one hand, incentive is directly related to the personal interests of civil servants, can mobilize their subjective initiative, tap their personal potential, and promote their personal ability; on the other hand, the incentive mechanism can increase the civil servants' ability.
