【摘要】：為提高海南省鮮銷農產品物流企業(yè)績效,促進海南省鮮銷農產品物流產業(yè)發(fā)展,基于對海南省12家主要從事鮮銷農產品物流企業(yè)的調查數據,歸納分析了其發(fā)展現狀,并運用數據包絡分析法對其績效進行了評價。結果表明:海南省鮮銷農產品物流企業(yè)在內部管理與客戶服務方面的整體發(fā)展水平較好,但人力資源與信息化的建設比較落后,成為制約海南省鮮銷農產品物流企業(yè)績效提高的主要因素。12家企業(yè)的整體績效相對較高,但部分企業(yè)的資源利用未達到最優(yōu)水平,大部分企業(yè)的發(fā)展表現出規(guī)模報酬遞增或不變。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the performance of fresh selling agricultural products logistics enterprises in Hainan Province and promote the development of fresh selling agricultural products logistics industry in Hainan Province, based on the investigation data of 12 main fresh selling agricultural products logistics enterprises in Hainan Province, this paper summarizes and analyzes the present situation of its development. Data envelopment analysis is used to evaluate its performance. The results show that the overall development level of fresh selling agricultural products logistics enterprises in Hainan Province is good in terms of internal management and customer service, but the construction of human resources and information is relatively backward. It has become the main factor that restricts the performance improvement of fresh selling agricultural products logistics enterprises in Hainan Province. The overall performance of 12 enterprises is relatively high, but the resource utilization of some enterprises has not reached the optimal level. The development of most enterprises shows that the scale returns increase or remain unchanged.
