【摘要】：畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量是社會衡量高校綜合實力和辦學(xué)水平的重要依據(jù)。在高等教育大眾化背景下,推動高校內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展,積極探索提升畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的途徑與方法,有利于建設(shè)人力資源強國。以南京工程學(xué)院為例,對應(yīng)用型本科院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的提升進行研究具現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:The quality of graduates' employment is an important basis for the society to measure the comprehensive strength and the level of running a university. Under the background of the popularization of higher education, it is beneficial to build a powerful country of human resources to promote the connotation development of colleges and universities, and actively explore the ways and methods to improve the employment quality of graduates. Taking Nanjing Institute of Engineering as an example, it is of practical significance to study the improvement of employment quality of applied undergraduate college graduates.
