【摘要】：[目的 /意義]探索采用職業(yè)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)進行員工導(dǎo)向型工作分析的可能性,為加強我國圖書館人力資源開發(fā)、數(shù)據(jù)館員教育培訓(xùn)和職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃提供參考。[方法 /過程]構(gòu)建基于Linked In的數(shù)據(jù)館員工作分析模型,通過數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和可視化展示分析數(shù)據(jù)館員崗位分布、發(fā)展階段、教育背景、職業(yè)技能和職業(yè)成長軌跡。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]研究表明,美國的數(shù)據(jù)館員從業(yè)人數(shù)和設(shè)置該職位的機構(gòu)數(shù)量最多。以擁有博士碩士學(xué)位者為主的數(shù)據(jù)館員群體呈現(xiàn)明顯的多學(xué)科特征,更加強調(diào)具備數(shù)據(jù)管理和分析等相關(guān)技能。專業(yè)學(xué)位教育和在線開放教育成為數(shù)據(jù)館員知識能力培養(yǎng)的兩種途徑。從職業(yè)經(jīng)歷上看,穩(wěn)定和良好的職業(yè)前景使數(shù)據(jù)館員成為極具發(fā)展前途的職業(yè)。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to explore the possibility of using the data of occupational social network to analyze the staff-oriented work, and to provide a reference for strengthening the development of human resources, the education and training of data librarians and the career planning of libraries in China. [method / process] A data librarian work analysis model based on Linked In was constructed, and the position distribution, development stage, educational background, vocational skills and career growth track of data librarians were analyzed by data mining and visual display. [results / conclusion] the study shows that the number of data librarians and the number of institutions creating the position are the highest in the United States. The group of data librarians with doctorate and master degree has obvious multi-disciplinary characteristics, and emphasizes more relevant skills such as data management and analysis. Professional degree education and online open education are two ways to cultivate the knowledge and ability of data librarians. From the perspective of professional experience, the stable and good career prospects make the data librarian a promising career.
