【摘要】：目的確定影響患者安全的護(hù)理組織因素及其權(quán)重,科學(xué)、規(guī)范地評估各組織因素對患者安全的影響程度。方法采用文獻(xiàn)綜述法、德爾菲法、層次分析法建立層次結(jié)構(gòu)模型,構(gòu)造判斷矩陣,計算各指標(biāo)權(quán)重并檢驗其邏輯一致性。結(jié)果最終確定的影響患者安全的護(hù)理組織因素分別為"護(hù)士人力資源配備"(W=0.361),"護(hù)士排班模式"(W=0.268),"護(hù)士專業(yè)技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)"(W=0.156),"護(hù)士工作環(huán)境"(W=0.101),"教育與培訓(xùn)"(W=0.063),"組織安全文化"(W=0.050)。各級指標(biāo)的層次單排序及總排序一致性比率(CR)均0.10,檢驗結(jié)果具有滿意的一致性。結(jié)論增加護(hù)士人力資源配備、建立科學(xué)的排班模式、構(gòu)建合理的專業(yè)技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)、改善護(hù)士工作環(huán)境、注重教育與培訓(xùn)、營造健康的組織安全文化,有利于提高患者安全水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to determine the nursing organization factors and their weights that affect the safety of patients, and to evaluate scientifically and normatively the degree of influence of each organizational factor on the safety of patients. Methods the hierarchical structure model was established by literature review method Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The judgment matrix was constructed and the weight of each index was calculated and its logical consistency was tested. Results the factors of nursing organization influencing patients' safety were "nurse human resource allocation" (WN 0.361), "nurse shift arrangement mode" (WN 0.268), "nurse professional technical structure" (WN 0.156), respectively. Working Environment for Nurses (WN 0.101), Education and training (WN 0.063), organizational Safety Culture (WN 0.050). The consistency ratio (CR) of each index is 0.10, and the test results are satisfactory. Conclusion to increase the allocation of nurses' human resources, to establish a scientific pattern of shift arrangement, to construct a reasonable professional and technical structure, to improve the working environment of nurses, to pay attention to education and training, and to create a healthy organizational safety culture can help to improve the safety level of patients.
