組織支持感中介作用下組織政治知覺對員工幸福感的影響機制研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, Chinese enterprises are facing the severe test of further deepening reform and industrial transformation and upgrading. In the competition of new enterprises which depend on the Internet and high-tech background, human resource plays an important role more and more can not be ignored. Therefore, as the core resource of the organization, it is very important to pay attention to the work values and enhance the well-being of the employees. However, the scarcity of resources and the multiplicity of interests make the organizational political behavior widespread, and the influence of China's unique traditional bureaucratic political culture makes China form a unique human and social environment. Thus deepening the organizational political behavior. Organizational political perception can seriously distort individuals' positive cognition of the work environment, trigger their negative emotions, and lead to a decrease in their well-being. In the practice of scientific management of employees, the organization can provide various forms of supporting resources through a variety of comprehensive management measures to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees. Create a platform for its growth and development to achieve self-worth, thereby improving and, to a certain extent, improving the well-being of employees, to achieve win-win. However, there is a lack of research on how organizational support plays a role in the process of organizational political perception affecting employee well-being. So far, this study will empirically analyze the impact of organizational political perception on employee well-being in the Chinese context, and further explore the intermediary role of organizational support, and provide a basis for the research in this field. And put forward suggestions on the practice of enterprise management. On the basis of the research on the perception of organizational politics, organizational support and employee well-being, this paper constructs organizational political perception according to the theory of resource conservation and social exchange. The theoretical model between the three variables of organizational support and employee well-being. SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 were used to test and verify the scale and model by means of reliability and validity analysis, exploratory factor molecule, regression analysis, correlation analysis and intermediary effect analysis. The results show that general political behavior has a significant negative effect on employee well-being, and the benefit of silence has a significant positive effect on employee well-being. Political compensation and promotion policies have a significant negative effect on employee well-being. Organizational support plays an intermediary role in the influence of organizational political perception on employee well-being. Based on the above results, this study provides some suggestions for enterprises in China to improve their employees' well-being.
