員工“效能”與“幸福”不是選擇題

【摘要】:正近年來(lái),"人力資源效能"和"員工幸福感"成為比較熱門(mén)的話題。但許多管理者發(fā)現(xiàn),二者在實(shí)踐中并不容易把握,外在激勵(lì)手段似乎成了提升員工幸福感的主要措施,但企業(yè)卻面臨成本上升、效能下降的困境,"人力資源效能"和"員工幸福感"似乎具有難以調(diào)和的矛盾。事實(shí)上,其中的一些認(rèn)識(shí)誤區(qū)需要進(jìn)一步厘清。首先,人力資源效能和員工幸福感不是矛盾或?qū)α⒌年P(guān)系。員工幸福感的來(lái)源,當(dāng)然需要一定的財(cái)務(wù)回報(bào)基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)員工也很關(guān)心自己職業(yè)生涯的發(fā)展。但當(dāng)這些方面企業(yè)做到內(nèi)部具有公平性和外部具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的

But many managers find that the two are not easy to grasp in practice, and that external incentives seem to be the main way to improve the well-being of employees, but companies face rising costs. There seems to be an irreconcilable contradiction between human resource efficiency and employee well-being in the dilemma of declining efficiency. In fact, some of the misunderstanding needs to be further clarified. First of all, human resource efficiency and employee happiness are not contradictory or antagonistic relations. The source of employee happiness, of course, needs a certain basis of financial returns, and employees are also very concerned about their career development.
