【摘要】：對外短期科技人力資源合作開發(fā)項目是中國科技援外項目的主要形式之一。在總結(jié)近年來項目情況的基礎(chǔ)上提出了該項目的效度模型,對447位參加培訓(xùn)的發(fā)展中國家學(xué)員進(jìn)行抽樣問卷調(diào)查,使用偏最小二乘法分析了項目有效性的影響因素。結(jié)果表明:項目效度與技術(shù)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)安排、實踐環(huán)節(jié)相關(guān)。承辦機(jī)構(gòu)能力是項目有效的前提,接待工作對效度具有重要的支撐作用。
[Abstract]:The foreign short-term scientific and technological human resources cooperation development project is one of the main forms of Chinese science and technology foreign aid project. The validity model of the project is put forward on the basis of summarizing the situation of the project in recent years. A sample questionnaire survey was conducted among 447 participants from developing countries, and the influencing factors of the project effectiveness were analyzed by partial least square method. The results show that the validity of the project is related to technical objectives, teaching arrangements and practice. The capacity of the undertaking institution is the premise of the project effectiveness, and the reception work plays an important supporting role in the validity of the project.
