【摘要】：虛擬企業(yè)已經(jīng)成為技術(shù)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟的典型模式。在對(duì)1999~2013年期間相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行整理、總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對(duì)虛擬企業(yè)研究成果進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)統(tǒng)計(jì),然后就虛擬企業(yè)產(chǎn)生的驅(qū)動(dòng)力與生存模式、在利益分配和合作伙伴選擇上的機(jī)制和知識(shí)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、人力資源、戰(zhàn)略上的管理的有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行回顧,意圖對(duì)當(dāng)前虛擬企業(yè)研究有一個(gè)全面的回顧,最后就未來(lái)的研究趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:Virtual enterprise has become a typical model of technological innovation alliance. On the basis of summarizing the relevant documents from 1999 to 2013, this paper firstly makes literature statistics on the research results of virtual enterprises, and then analyzes the driving force and survival mode of virtual enterprises. Review of relevant literature on benefit allocation and partner selection, including mechanisms and knowledge, risks, human resources, and strategic management, with the intention of having a comprehensive review of the current virtual enterprise research. Finally, the future trend of research is prospected.
