【摘要】：目的:描述分析首屆訂單定向醫(yī)學(xué)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,評價訂單定向醫(yī)學(xué)生培養(yǎng)項目實施效果,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問題并提供相關(guān)的政策建議。方法:對中西部4所醫(yī)學(xué)院校的2015屆305名訂單定向醫(yī)學(xué)畢業(yè)生和315名臨床五年制醫(yī)學(xué)畢業(yè)生進行隨訪調(diào)查。分析其履行合約、參加工作及住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)情況。結(jié)果:訂單定向畢業(yè)生合約履行率99.3%。訂單定向畢業(yè)生和臨床五年制畢業(yè)生到鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院工作的比例分別為90.7%、2.8%,月平均收入分別為2 011元、2 774元,參加住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)的比例分別是77.8%、43.3%。結(jié)論:4所醫(yī)學(xué)院校首屆訂單定向醫(yī)學(xué)畢業(yè)生履行合約及參加住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)情況良好,但工作編制和待遇落實較為滯后,訂單定向和住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)之間的關(guān)系尚未明確。建議在訂單定向醫(yī)學(xué)生畢業(yè)前,醫(yī)學(xué)院校盡早與地方衛(wèi)生行政部門和人力資源與社會保障部門協(xié)調(diào)聯(lián)系,及早落實醫(yī)學(xué)生的就業(yè)工作。同時,在充分協(xié)商的基礎(chǔ)上,盡快明確訂單定向醫(yī)學(xué)生參加住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)的程序和要求。
[Abstract]:Objective: to describe and analyze the employment situation of the first order oriented medical graduates, evaluate the effect of the order oriented medical training program, find out the existing problems and provide relevant policy suggestions. Methods: a follow-up survey was carried out among 305 medical graduates and 315 five-year clinical medical graduates from 4 medical colleges in the central and western part of China. Analyze the performance of the contract, participate in the work and resident standardized training. Results: the rate of contract fulfillment was 99.3%. The proportion of directed graduates and five-year clinical graduates to work in township health centers were 90.7% and 2.8% respectively. The average monthly income was 2,011 yuan and 2,774 yuan respectively. The proportion of attending standardized training for resident doctors was 77.8% and 43.3% respectively. Conclusion: the first order oriented medical graduates of 4 medical colleges performed their contracts well and participated in standardized training for resident doctors, but the work establishment and the implementation of the treatment were lagging behind. The relationship between order orientation and resident standardized training is not clear. It is suggested that medical colleges and universities should coordinate with local health administrative departments and human resources and social security departments as soon as possible before the graduation of medical students in order to carry out the employment work of medical students as soon as possible. At the same time, on the basis of full consultation, the procedures and requirements of order oriented medical students to participate in the standardized training of resident doctors are clarified as soon as possible.
