文化能力、職業(yè)化管理與家族企業(yè)的現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)型

【摘要】:國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對"職業(yè)化管理"概念的界定存在分歧和局限,考慮到家族企業(yè)獨特的文化情境,本文主張采用與傳統(tǒng)視角不同的拓展視角來重新審視職業(yè)化管理的轉(zhuǎn)型過程。案例分析的結(jié)果說明,轉(zhuǎn)軌時期中國家族企業(yè)的職業(yè)化路徑并非只有一種,但轉(zhuǎn)型能否成功的決定因素除了管理者的正式能力之外,更重要的是具備文化能力這種隱性知識。文章最后針對文化能力的培養(yǎng)以及中國職業(yè)化管理教育中存在的問題提出相關(guān)改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:Scholars at home and abroad have differences and limitations in defining the concept of "professional management". Considering the unique cultural situation of the family business, this paper proposes to re-examine the transition process of professional management from an expanding perspective different from the traditional perspective. The results of the case study show that there is not only one path to professionalization of Chinese family firms during the transition period, but the decisive factor of success of the transformation is not only the formal ability of managers, but also the tacit knowledge of cultural competence. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the cultivation of cultural ability and the problems existing in professional management education in China.
