【摘要】：曹丕在曹操霸府時(shí)期并沒有在霸府內(nèi)任職,而是出任漢朝的五官中郎將,并作為丞相的副手開府。其如此任職的目的在于標(biāo)示其繼承人身份,以丞相副手身份于霸府之外組成另一吸納人才的機(jī)構(gòu)。并通過任五官中郎將掌握作為官吏候補(bǔ)群體的郎官群體,培植自身勢力,為未來的政治發(fā)展做好準(zhǔn)備。這一模式實(shí)現(xiàn)了曹氏人力資源的最優(yōu)分配,也使曹丕得到了政治鍛煉,是應(yīng)對新形勢的新舉措。在其之后的魏晉南北朝時(shí)期霸府多沿用這一模式。
[Abstract]:Cao Pi did not hold a post in the imperial palace during Cao Cao's reign, but served as the general of the five features of the Han Dynasty and opened the office as deputy of the prime minister. The purpose of his appointment is to mark his successor and to form another talent-absorbing institution outside the government as deputy prime minister. He will master the official group as the official alternate group, cultivate his own influence and prepare for the future political development. This model realizes the optimal allocation of Cao's human resources, and also makes Cao Pi get political exercise, which is a new measure to deal with the new situation. In the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern dynasties after the period of more use of this model.
