【摘要】：在當前的城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌的大環(huán)境下,我們針對農(nóng)村的人力資源開發(fā)出了一種新的培育模式,也就是校地合作這樣的模式,它是一種通過資源的共享并且進行共同的發(fā)展的目標,地方政府作為主導(dǎo),通過與高校的資源相配合,形成一套由高校來支持地方的經(jīng)濟水平的發(fā)展、同時地方也幫助高校來進行發(fā)展的一種互利共贏的新型的關(guān)系,當前,加強校地合作的水平也是一種拓展人力資源的培訓(xùn)的渠道的非常有效的途徑,同時也是實施科教興國的非常重要的一項要求。本文中主要參考的是河南省某地的一所大學(xué)(簡稱A大學(xué)),與當?shù)啬车貐^(qū)的合作(簡稱X地區(qū)),來加快農(nóng)村的科技人才的培養(yǎng)以及幫助產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要的作用。
[Abstract]:In the current overall urban and rural environment, we have developed a new cultivation model for human resources in rural areas, that is, the mode of cooperation between schools and land. It is a goal of common development through the sharing of resources. As the leading local government, through cooperation with the resources of colleges and universities, a set of new relationships of mutual benefit and mutual benefit are formed by the universities to support the development of the local economic level, and at the same time, the local governments also help the universities to develop. Strengthening the level of cooperation between schools and land is also a very effective way to expand the channels of human resources training, and is also a very important requirement for the implementation of science and education to rejuvenate the country. The main reference in this paper is a university in a certain place in Henan province, and the cooperation between a university and a certain area in Henan province (referred to as X region) to speed up the cultivation of scientific and technological talents in rural areas and the important role of helping the development of industry.
