【摘要】：目的了解重慶市區(qū)縣級(jí)結(jié)核病防治機(jī)構(gòu)人力資源現(xiàn)狀和服務(wù)能力情況,為完善結(jié)核病防治服務(wù)體系建設(shè)提供依據(jù)。方法于2013年4月采取問卷調(diào)查法,對(duì)2012年區(qū)縣級(jí)結(jié)防機(jī)構(gòu)的人力資源和設(shè)備等進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果重慶市區(qū)縣級(jí)結(jié)防機(jī)構(gòu)專業(yè)人員配置率為86.5%,其中主城片區(qū)、周邊區(qū)縣、偏遠(yuǎn)區(qū)縣人員配置率分別為52.3%、83.7%、113.2%;人均崗位數(shù)2.0個(gè),27.4%的人員承擔(dān)3個(gè)及3個(gè)以上崗位數(shù)的工作。門診醫(yī)生共146人,以�？茖W(xué)歷為主;其中主城片區(qū)以本科學(xué)歷為主(占47.1%),周邊區(qū)縣和偏遠(yuǎn)區(qū)縣均以�？茷橹�,分別為64.3%和87.2%。門診醫(yī)生中級(jí)職稱人數(shù)最多,占43.2%,其中主城片區(qū)門診醫(yī)生以初級(jí)職稱為主(占50.0%),周邊區(qū)縣和偏遠(yuǎn)區(qū)縣均以中級(jí)職稱為主,分別為50.0%和42.9%。無臨床執(zhí)業(yè)醫(yī)生資格的門診醫(yī)生占31.5%。38個(gè)區(qū)縣均可以做痰涂片檢查。部分區(qū)縣級(jí)結(jié)防機(jī)構(gòu)不能開展痰培養(yǎng)、尿液檢測(cè)、血細(xì)胞分析及生化分析。結(jié)論重慶市各區(qū)縣結(jié)核病防治機(jī)構(gòu)的人力資源和服務(wù)能力存在不平衡,應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況,因地制宜、穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)結(jié)核病防治服務(wù)體系的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of human resources and service capacity of county level tuberculosis control institutions in Chongqing, and to provide the basis for the improvement of tuberculosis prevention and control service system. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in April 2013 to investigate the human resources and equipment of county level organizations in 2012. Results the professional staffing rate of county level knockout and prevention institutions in Chongqing was 86.5, including 52.3% in the main city, 52.3% in the surrounding counties and 83.7% in the remote counties, and 27.4% of the personnel per person were responsible for 3 or more jobs. There were 146 outpatients with major academic qualifications, among which 47.1% were in the main urban areas, 64.3% in the surrounding counties and 87.2% in the remote counties. The number of outpatients with intermediate professional titles was the most, accounting for 43.2%, among which primary professional titles (50.0%) were dominant in outpatients in the main urban areas, and 50.0% and 42.9% in peripheral and remote counties, respectively. The proportion of outpatients without the qualification of clinical doctors was 31.5%. 38 districts and counties could do sputum smear examination. No sputum culture, urine detection, blood cell analysis and biochemical analysis can be carried out at county level. Conclusion there is an imbalance in human resources and service capacity of tuberculosis control institutions in various districts and counties of Chongqing. According to the actual situation, the construction of TB prevention and control service system should be promoted steadily according to local conditions.
