幼兒園人力資源的開發(fā)與利用研究
[Abstract]:Since the promulgation of the guidelines for Kindergarten Education (trial) in 2001, the idea of "Exploitation and Utilization of Kindergarten Educational Resources" has been attached great importance to by kindergarten administrators and teachers. Kindergarten human resources are the most active factors in kindergarten education resources, which mainly include parent resources, teachers resources, early childhood resources and community human resources. The development and utilization of kindergarten human resources to meet the needs of the reform and development of preschool education is conducive to promoting the all-round development of children, promoting the smooth implementation of curriculum, promoting the professional development of teachers, and promoting the gradual improvement of the quality of kindergarten education. Therefore, the value of kindergarten human resources is inestimable, its development and utilization is the trend of the times. However, in the specific investigation and research, the author finds that the development and utilization of kindergarten human resources still exist such as the development and utilization of parents' resources, the development and utilization of teachers' resources in a single way. The understanding of infant resources is not comprehensive, and the depth of community human resources development and utilization is not enough, so it is imperative to study the development and utilization of kindergarten human resources. The main contents of this study are as follows: the introduction mainly explains the origin of the topic, reviews the research status of the development and utilization of kindergarten human resources through the review of relevant research at home and abroad, and makes a comment on the purpose and significance of the research. The first chapter summarizes the development and utilization of kindergarten human resources. The first part is to define and expound "human resources" and "kindergarten human resources", and then to define the concept of "development and utilization of human resources in kindergartens". On the basis of the definition of the concept, the author summarizes the characteristics of the human resources of kindergartens and their development and utilization, such as richness, initiative, regeneration, persistence, complexity, etc. Finally, it analyzes the value of the development and utilization of human resources in kindergartens. With the methods of literature, observation and interview, the current situation of the development and utilization of kindergarten human resources is investigated, and the parents' resources and teachers' resources are pointed out in combination with the results of the present investigation. There are many problems in the process of development and utilization of young children's resources and community human resources, and the causes of the problems are analyzed and summarized from the whole point of view: the understanding of the development and utilization of human resources is not enough, and the ability to develop and utilize human resources is insufficient. The third chapter, in view of the actual problems in the development and utilization of human resources in kindergartens, puts forward concrete cooperation strategies: updating kindergarten directors, teachers and parents, The concept of community personnel development and utilization of human resources; combing the contents of parents resources, teachers resources, early childhood resources, community human resources; enriching parent resources, teachers resources, early childhood resources, community human resources development and utilization; To improve the ability of observation and selection of teachers' development and utilization of human resources, to communicate and coordinate, to reflect and summarize, to strengthen the management of the development and utilization of kindergarten human resources, Including related system construction and kindergarten human resources development and utilization of the establishment of resources.
