幼兒園人力資源的開發(fā)與利用研究

【摘要】:自2001年《幼兒園教育指導(dǎo)綱要(試行)》頒布以來,“幼兒園教育資源的開發(fā)與利用”這一思想得到幼兒園管理者及幼兒教師的重視。幼兒園人力資源是幼兒園教育資源中最具能動(dòng)性的因素,其主要包括家長(zhǎng)資源、教師資源、幼兒資源以及社區(qū)人力資源等。幼兒園人力資源的開發(fā)與利用適應(yīng)幼兒教育改革和發(fā)展的需要,有利于促進(jìn)幼兒全面發(fā)展,促進(jìn)課程順利實(shí)施,促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,促進(jìn)幼兒園教育質(zhì)量的逐步提高。因此,幼兒園人力資源的價(jià)值是不可估量的,其開發(fā)與利用也是大勢(shì)所趨。但是在具體的調(diào)查研究中,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)目前幼兒園人力資源的開發(fā)與利用依然存在諸如對(duì)家長(zhǎng)資源開發(fā)利用的單向性、對(duì)教師資源開發(fā)利用的方式單一、對(duì)幼兒資源的理解不全面、對(duì)社區(qū)人力資源開發(fā)利用的深度不夠等問題,因此幼兒園人力資源開發(fā)與利用的研究勢(shì)在必行。本研究主要內(nèi)容如下:緒論部分主要闡釋了選題緣起,通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)的研究綜述,對(duì)幼兒園人力資源開發(fā)與利用的研究狀況進(jìn)行了評(píng)述,并對(duì)研究的目的、意義,研究的思路、方法和研究創(chuàng)新之處進(jìn)行了說明;第一章,對(duì)幼兒園人力資源的開發(fā)與利用進(jìn)行了概述。首先是對(duì)“人力資源”、“幼兒園人力資源”作出具體的界定和闡述,進(jìn)而界定“幼兒園人力資源開發(fā)與利用”的概念。在概念界定的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)幼兒園人力資源及其開發(fā)與利用的豐富性、能動(dòng)性、再生性、持續(xù)性、復(fù)雜性等特點(diǎn),最后具體分析幼兒園人力資源開發(fā)利用的價(jià)值;第二章,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、觀察法和訪談法,圍繞幼兒園人力資源的開發(fā)與利用展開現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查結(jié)果分別指出家長(zhǎng)資源、教師資源、幼兒資源和社區(qū)人力資源開發(fā)利用過程中存在的諸多問題,并從整體的角度分析總結(jié)了造成問題的原因:對(duì)人力資源開發(fā)利用的認(rèn)識(shí)不夠、對(duì)人力資源開發(fā)利用的能力不足、對(duì)人力資源開發(fā)利用的管理不當(dāng)?shù)?第三章,針對(duì)幼兒園人力資源開發(fā)與利用中實(shí)際出現(xiàn)的問題,提出具體化的合作策略:更新幼兒園園長(zhǎng)、教師以及家長(zhǎng)、社區(qū)人員開發(fā)利用人力資源的觀念;梳理家長(zhǎng)資源、教師資源、幼兒資源、社區(qū)人力資源的內(nèi)容;豐富家長(zhǎng)資源、教師資源、幼兒資源、社區(qū)人力資源開發(fā)與利用的方式;提高幼兒園教師開發(fā)與利用人力資源的觀察選擇、溝通協(xié)調(diào)和反思總結(jié)能力;加強(qiáng)幼兒園人力資源開發(fā)與利用的管理,包括相關(guān)制度建設(shè)以及幼兒園人力資源開發(fā)與利用的資源庫(kù)的建立。
[Abstract]:Since the promulgation of the guidelines for Kindergarten Education (trial) in 2001, the idea of "Exploitation and Utilization of Kindergarten Educational Resources" has been attached great importance to by kindergarten administrators and teachers. Kindergarten human resources are the most active factors in kindergarten education resources, which mainly include parent resources, teachers resources, early childhood resources and community human resources. The development and utilization of kindergarten human resources to meet the needs of the reform and development of preschool education is conducive to promoting the all-round development of children, promoting the smooth implementation of curriculum, promoting the professional development of teachers, and promoting the gradual improvement of the quality of kindergarten education. Therefore, the value of kindergarten human resources is inestimable, its development and utilization is the trend of the times. However, in the specific investigation and research, the author finds that the development and utilization of kindergarten human resources still exist such as the development and utilization of parents' resources, the development and utilization of teachers' resources in a single way. The understanding of infant resources is not comprehensive, and the depth of community human resources development and utilization is not enough, so it is imperative to study the development and utilization of kindergarten human resources. The main contents of this study are as follows: the introduction mainly explains the origin of the topic, reviews the research status of the development and utilization of kindergarten human resources through the review of relevant research at home and abroad, and makes a comment on the purpose and significance of the research. The first chapter summarizes the development and utilization of kindergarten human resources. The first part is to define and expound "human resources" and "kindergarten human resources", and then to define the concept of "development and utilization of human resources in kindergartens". On the basis of the definition of the concept, the author summarizes the characteristics of the human resources of kindergartens and their development and utilization, such as richness, initiative, regeneration, persistence, complexity, etc. Finally, it analyzes the value of the development and utilization of human resources in kindergartens. With the methods of literature, observation and interview, the current situation of the development and utilization of kindergarten human resources is investigated, and the parents' resources and teachers' resources are pointed out in combination with the results of the present investigation. There are many problems in the process of development and utilization of young children's resources and community human resources, and the causes of the problems are analyzed and summarized from the whole point of view: the understanding of the development and utilization of human resources is not enough, and the ability to develop and utilize human resources is insufficient. The third chapter, in view of the actual problems in the development and utilization of human resources in kindergartens, puts forward concrete cooperation strategies: updating kindergarten directors, teachers and parents, The concept of community personnel development and utilization of human resources; combing the contents of parents resources, teachers resources, early childhood resources, community human resources; enriching parent resources, teachers resources, early childhood resources, community human resources development and utilization; To improve the ability of observation and selection of teachers' development and utilization of human resources, to communicate and coordinate, to reflect and summarize, to strengthen the management of the development and utilization of kindergarten human resources, Including related system construction and kindergarten human resources development and utilization of the establishment of resources.
