【摘要】：目的:分析2002~2011年中國婦幼保健機(jī)構(gòu)衛(wèi)生人員的變化,為進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)婦幼衛(wèi)生人力資源有效配置提供理論依據(jù)。方法:通過《中國衛(wèi)生統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》收集2002~2011年中國婦幼保健機(jī)構(gòu)衛(wèi)生人員的動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),包括機(jī)構(gòu)和人員數(shù)量以及學(xué)歷和職稱構(gòu)成,分析10年間的變化趨勢。結(jié)果:中國婦幼保健機(jī)構(gòu)和人員數(shù)量較整個醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展緩慢;人員學(xué)歷以"大專"和"中專"為主,"大學(xué)本科"學(xué)歷比例在逐年增加;職稱以"中級"和"師級/助理"為主,"士級"逐年增加,"正高"和"副高"比例很低且相對穩(wěn)定;全國省、地、縣三級婦幼保健機(jī)構(gòu)以縣級發(fā)展迅速,地級次之,省級相對穩(wěn)定,表現(xiàn)為機(jī)構(gòu)和人員數(shù)量增加。結(jié)論:2002~2011年中國婦幼保健機(jī)構(gòu)人力資源配置有了一定的發(fā)展,特別是縣級婦幼保健機(jī)構(gòu),但發(fā)展速度相對較慢,政府需加大婦幼衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域的投入,促進(jìn)婦幼衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域的長足發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the changes of health personnel in Chinese maternal and child health care institutions from 2002 to 2011 so as to provide a theoretical basis for further promoting the effective allocation of maternal and child health human resources. Methods: the dynamic data of health personnel in Chinese maternal and child health care institutions from 2002 to 2011 were collected through the Yearbook of Chinese Health Statistics, including the number of institutions and personnel, the composition of academic qualifications and titles, and the trend of change in the past 10 years. Results: the number of maternal and child health care institutions and personnel in China was slower than that in the whole medical and health institutions, and the educational background of personnel was mainly "college" and "technical secondary school", and the proportion of "undergraduate degree" was increasing year by year. The professional titles are mainly "intermediate" and "division / assistant", with "Shi" increasing year by year, the proportion of "positive high" and "subtropical high" is very low and relatively stable; the level of maternal and child health care institutions at the provincial, prefectural and county levels is developing rapidly at the county level, followed by the prefectural level. The provincial level is relatively stable, showing an increase in the number of institutions and personnel. Conclusion the allocation of human resources in MCH institutions in China from 2002 to 2011 has developed to a certain extent, especially at the county level, but the speed of development is relatively slow. The government should increase the investment in MCH to promote the rapid development of MCH.
