【摘要】：北京市南水北調(diào)配套工程是保障京津冀地區(qū)供水安全的生命線工程,對于復雜的調(diào)水,工程沿線和配套附屬設施保護是重要環(huán)節(jié)。本文調(diào)研北京市南水北調(diào)配套工程通水1年后的工程保護現(xiàn)狀,針對性地提出了運行管理過程中完善配套工程信息化系統(tǒng)、加大資金支持、加強法律支撐、強化工程管理和夯實人力資源建設等措施,為保障配套工程安全運行管理、促進首都水資源可持續(xù)利用提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:Beijing South-to-North Water transfer Project is a lifeline project to ensure the safety of water supply in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area. This paper investigates the status of engineering protection in Beijing's South-to-North Water transfer Project after one year of water diversion, and puts forward a proposal to improve the supporting engineering information system, increase financial support, and strengthen legal support in the course of operation and management. Such measures as strengthening engineering management and ramming human resources construction can provide useful references for ensuring the safety operation management of supporting projects and promoting the sustainable utilization of water resources in the capital.
