【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國正處于深刻的社會轉(zhuǎn)型變革時代,心理資本的重要性日漸凸顯。本文秉承生態(tài)時代對心理資本的要求,針對現(xiàn)有心理資本理論在實(shí)踐中遭遇的困境,從價值生態(tài)的獨(dú)特視角,將心理資本置于一個融合自然、社會和人本身的巨環(huán)境中去思考其價值訴求,闡述心理資本自然價值生態(tài)、社會價值心態(tài)和內(nèi)在價值生態(tài),論證其科學(xué)性和提升路徑,達(dá)到生態(tài)和諧、社會和諧、心態(tài)和諧,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)"真、善、美"的價值追求在心理資本開發(fā)提升中的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the era of profound social transformation and transformation, and the importance of psychological capital is becoming more and more prominent. According to the demands of the ecological times on the psychological capital and the dilemma encountered in the practice of the existing theory of psychological capital, this paper puts the psychological capital into a fusion of nature from the unique perspective of value ecology. In the huge environment of society and human itself, we should think about its value demand, expound the natural value ecology of psychological capital, social value mentality and intrinsic value ecology, prove its scientific nature and promotion path, and achieve ecological harmony, social harmony and mental harmony. In order to achieve the "true, good, beauty" value pursuit in the development of psychological capital organic unity.
