【摘要】：長期以來中國工業(yè)投資的地區(qū)分布極其不平衡,然而鮮有文獻(xiàn)從不完全契約視角研究這一問題。在構(gòu)建引入不完全契約的投資決策模型的基礎(chǔ)上,利用中國30個省份26個工業(yè)行業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實證研究。研究結(jié)果表明,契約執(zhí)行效率是中國地區(qū)工業(yè)投資的一個決定因素,其對地區(qū)工業(yè)投資的正影響隨著行業(yè)契約密集度的增大而提高。選擇合理的工具變量克服契約執(zhí)行效率的內(nèi)生性問題,采用兩階段工具變量法進(jìn)行回歸,結(jié)果表明契約執(zhí)行效率對地區(qū)工業(yè)投資的影響仍然顯著為正。在一系列的穩(wěn)健性檢驗中,上述結(jié)論均非常穩(wěn)健。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the regional distribution of industrial investment in China has been extremely uneven, but few literatures have studied this issue from the perspective of incomplete contract. Based on the construction of an investment decision model with incomplete contracts, the empirical research is carried out on the basis of the data of 26 industries in 30 provinces of China. The results show that the efficiency of contract execution is a decisive factor of industrial investment in China, and its positive influence on regional industrial investment increases with the increase of contract intensity. Choosing reasonable tool variables to overcome the endogenous problem of contract execution efficiency and adopting two-stage tool variable method to regression the results show that the impact of contract execution efficiency on regional industrial investment is still significantly positive. In a series of robustness tests, the above conclusions are very robust.
