【摘要】：正隨著時(shí)政類報(bào)刊的采編經(jīng)營(yíng)兩分開,非時(shí)政類報(bào)刊的轉(zhuǎn)企改制,以及報(bào)刊退出機(jī)制的正式出臺(tái),傳統(tǒng)媒體的發(fā)展面臨前所未有的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。而除了技術(shù)、資本、傳播渠道外,如何突破體制性障礙,通過(guò)彌補(bǔ)"人力資源管理短板"來(lái)尋找內(nèi)在驅(qū)動(dòng)力,已成為傳統(tǒng)媒體轉(zhuǎn)型為真正市場(chǎng)主體的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。本文結(jié)合《中老年時(shí)報(bào)》社捋順人事關(guān)系、規(guī)范人員管理、重視人才作用等改革實(shí)踐,論析人力資源管理對(duì)傳統(tǒng)媒體轉(zhuǎn)型的內(nèi)在驅(qū)動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:With the separation of the collection and management of current political newspapers and periodicals, the transformation of non-political newspapers and periodicals into enterprises, and the formal introduction of the withdrawal mechanism of newspapers and periodicals, the development of traditional media is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Besides technology, capital and communication channels, how to break through the institutional obstacles and find the internal driving force by making up for the "human resource management" has become the key link for the traditional media to transform into a real market subject. This paper discusses the internal driving effect of human resource management on the transformation of traditional media, combining with the reform practice of "Middle-aged Times" to smooth the personnel relationship, standardize the personnel management, and attach importance to the role of talents.
