【摘要】：該文從食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)是扶貧富民的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)入手,分析了河北省具有較強(qiáng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、先進(jìn)的經(jīng)營模式、區(qū)位優(yōu)勢、豐富原料優(yōu)勢,指出該產(chǎn)業(yè)資金、技術(shù)、人力資源等要素進(jìn)入門檻相對較低,是河北省燕山太行山等貧困地區(qū)大力開發(fā)剩余農(nóng)村勞動力資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民持續(xù)較快增收的重要特色產(chǎn)業(yè)。文章認(rèn)為,對河北省食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)當(dāng)前面臨著諸多問題政策和資金支持力度不夠、科研開發(fā)能力后勁不足、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈較短、從事深加工企業(yè)少、食用菌相關(guān)配套產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展滯后等進(jìn)行分析,提出應(yīng)明確將食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)作為促進(jìn)貧困地區(qū)重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的特色產(chǎn)業(yè)、出臺相關(guān)辦法;加大財(cái)政支持,鼓勵民營資本進(jìn)入;加快培育發(fā)展食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)新型經(jīng)營主體,實(shí)現(xiàn)基地和農(nóng)戶利益共享、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)共擔(dān);把產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)作為促進(jìn)食用菌產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)�；⒓刍l(fā)展的重要載體;加大關(guān)鍵技術(shù)攻關(guān)力度;加大菇農(nóng)技術(shù)培訓(xùn),培育職業(yè)農(nóng)民;支持建立食用菌批發(fā)市場建設(shè),延長產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條。
[Abstract]:Starting with the edible mushroom industry, which is the pillar industry of poverty alleviation and rich people, this paper analyzes the strong industrial base, advanced management mode, location advantage and abundant raw material advantage in Hebei Province, and points out that the entry threshold of the capital, technology and human resources of the industry is relatively low. It is a great effort to develop surplus farmers in Yanshan Taihang Mountain, Hebei province and other poor areas. The village labor resources are an important characteristic industry for the farmers to continue to increase their income. The article holds that the food industry in Hebei is confronted with many problems, such as insufficient policy and fund support, lack of scientific research and development capacity, short industrial chain, less deep processing enterprises and lagging development of related supporting industry for edible fungi. It is suggested that the edible fungus industry should be taken as the special industry to promote the development of the poor areas, and the relevant measures should be introduced, the financial support should be strengthened, the private capital is encouraged to enter, the new management body of the edible fungi industry is accelerated, the benefit sharing of the base and the farmers is shared and the risk is shared, and the industrial park is taken as the promotion of the scale of the edible mushroom industry, The important carrier for the development of agglomeration, the strengthening of key technologies, increasing the technical training of mushroom farmers, cultivating professional farmers, supporting the establishment of the wholesale market for edible fungi and extending the industrial chain.
