讓心理資本獲得最大升值:管理心理學(xué)在能源資源企業(yè)人力資源管理中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:管理心理學(xué)的研究對(duì)象主要是"人"以及其內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,在人力資源管理中具有重要作用。當(dāng)前,能源資源企業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)改革之后,仍要面對(duì)如何深入改善組織結(jié)構(gòu)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)效能,提高組織績(jī)效的問(wèn)題,具體來(lái)說(shuō)就是如何運(yùn)用管理心理學(xué)來(lái)進(jìn)行人力資源管理的問(wèn)題。本文從6個(gè)方面對(duì)管理心理學(xué)在能源資源企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了論述,包括制定人力資源發(fā)展規(guī)劃;用管理心理學(xué)的方法進(jìn)行員工招聘與選拔;對(duì)員工進(jìn)行心理學(xué)培訓(xùn);從管理心理學(xué)角度進(jìn)行薪酬管理;從管理心理學(xué)角度進(jìn)行績(jī)效管理改革;建立和諧的勞動(dòng)關(guān)系等。這些現(xiàn)代管理知識(shí)和手段能夠?yàn)樘嵘茉促Y源企業(yè)人力資源管理的服務(wù)質(zhì)量提供理論依據(jù)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The research object of management psychology is "human" and its internal and external environment, which plays an important role in human resource management. At present, after the reform of energy and resources enterprises, they still have to face the problem of how to improve the organizational structure and leadership efficiency, and how to improve the organizational performance. Specifically, how to use management psychology to carry out human resource management. This paper discusses the application of management psychology in energy and resource enterprises from six aspects, including drawing up human resource development plan, recruiting and selecting staff with the method of management psychology, training employees in psychology. Pay management from the perspective of management psychology; performance management reform from the perspective of management psychology; the establishment of harmonious labor relations. These modern management knowledge and means can provide theoretical basis and reference for improving the service quality of human resource management in energy resource enterprises.
