【摘要】：人力資源本土化策略是跨國公司在面臨跨文化管理困惑、人力成本過高的壓力以及東道國民族情緒升溫等背景下逐漸形成的。在人力資源本土化策略的實施過程中,也產(chǎn)生了不少問題。本文從跨國公司實行人力資源本土化的必要性、分析跨國公司本土化的文化沖突、跨國公司人力資源本土化的具體措施三個方面分析了進入我國的跨國公司人力資源本土化策略。
[Abstract]:The strategy of localization of human resources is gradually formed in the context of multinational corporations facing the confusion of cross-cultural management, the pressure of excessive manpower costs and the rising national mood of the host country. In the implementation of human resources localization strategy, there are also a lot of problems. This paper analyzes the cultural conflicts of multinational corporations from the point of view of the necessity of implementing the localization of human resources. This paper analyzes the strategies of localization of human resources of multinational corporations in China from three aspects: one is the localization of human resources of transnational corporations (MNCs), and the other is the localization of human resources.
