現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制校企合作中的利益沖突與平衡機(jī)制構(gòu)建

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制作為職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式的重要探索,需要校企雙方的深度合作。然而,學(xué)校和企業(yè)分屬于不同性質(zhì)的社會(huì)組織,在現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制實(shí)施中具有不同的利益訴求,由此而產(chǎn)生一系列利益沖突和碰撞,主要表現(xiàn)在校企合作中雙方的文化觀念和價(jià)值目標(biāo)相背離、經(jīng)濟(jì)回報(bào)不均衡、話語權(quán)不平衡以及企業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)系數(shù)增加等方面。為了保障現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制中的校企利益平衡,以調(diào)動(dòng)企業(yè)的參與積極性,應(yīng)強(qiáng)化利益平衡機(jī)制構(gòu)建,具體包括文化對(duì)接機(jī)制、目標(biāo)共享機(jī)制、政策補(bǔ)償機(jī)制、溝通協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制和權(quán)力疏導(dǎo)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The modern apprenticeship is an important exploration for the training mode of vocational education talents, which requires the deep cooperation between the two schools and enterprises. However, the schools and enterprises are divided into different social organizations and have different interest demands in the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system, resulting in a series of conflicts of interests and collisions, mainly in the two sides of the school enterprise cooperation. In order to guarantee the balance of the interests of the school and enterprise in the modern apprenticeship and mobilize the enthusiasm of the enterprises, we should strengthen the construction of the mechanism of the balance of interest, including the mechanism of cultural docking, the mechanism of target sharing, and the policy. Compensation mechanism, communication and coordination mechanism and power dredging mechanism.
