【摘要】：以2006—2015年期間廣東省頒布的77項(xiàng)人才政策為研究樣本,從政策年度、政策類型、頒布主體和文種類型4個(gè)方面對(duì)廣東近10年省人才政策進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,系統(tǒng)闡述2006—2015年期間廣東人才政策的類型分布、主要特點(diǎn)及存在問(wèn)題,并提出若干對(duì)策建議,為下一階段廣東人才政策的制定提供方向和建議。
[Abstract]:Based on 77 talent policies issued by Guangdong Province from 2006 to 2015, this paper makes a statistical analysis of the provincial talent policies in Guangdong province in the past 10 years from four aspects: policy year, policy type, main body of promulgation and type of language. This paper systematically expounds the type distribution, main characteristics and existing problems of Guangdong talent policy from 2006 to 2015, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to provide directions and suggestions for the formulation of Guangdong talent policy in the next stage.
