企業(yè)中層管理者印象管理對上下級關(guān)系的影響研究
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the society is changing with each passing day and the environment is changing with each passing day, and the high efficiency and standard management mode in the social competition is becoming more and more important. The efficient human resources management mode and the optimized allocation of resources make the small organizations grow stronger and perfect gradually. If tissue is an individual, then man is the cell in the tissue. Resource management is the driving force of the organization, and human resources is the core of the organization. Once the organization is formed, it must be presented as a "tower", with the top being the leader at the top and the lower being the lower level. The top-down organizational management model will then be determined. The staff's activities in the organization are to interact with others. The interaction produces the relationship, and the interpersonal interaction between the employees at all levels and between the top and bottom employees forms the relationship between the upper and lower levels. People are the core of resources in an organization, so it is very important to study the relationship between superior and subordinate. Because there are many kinds of relationships, this paper aims to contact the middle managers with a wide range of employees in the organization, which has a clear relationship between the upper and lower levels in the organization. In social interpersonal interaction, whether people will consciously use some skills to affect others' perception of their own behavior, this is impression management. From the point of view of practical significance, the research on the influence of organizational middle management on the relationship between superior and subordinate has not only theoretical significance, but also practical significance. It enriches the outcome variables of impression management and the antecedent variables of the relationship between superior and subordinate. According to the conclusion of the paper and the actual situation, it puts forward the management enlightenment to the organizational management activities. On the basis of previous studies, this paper discusses the influence of impression management and its dimensions on the relationship between superior and subordinate. Impression management and its dimensions as independent variables, superior and subordinate relationships and their dimensions as dependent variables. Through the analysis of 291 questionnaires collected by SPSS 24.0 software, this study first carries out descriptive statistical analysis to study the middle managers' impression management, its dimensions and the relationship between the upper and lower levels and the present situation of each dimension. On the basis of correlation analysis and regression analysis, The conclusions are as follows: (1) impression management of middle level managers has significant influence on the relationship between superior and subordinate; (2) some dimensions of impression management of middle level managers have significant influence on each dimension of relationship between upper and lower levels; (3) demographic variables have significant influence on impression. Management and some of its dimensions and superior and subordinate relationships and some dimensions have a significant impact.
