【摘要】：援外培訓(xùn)是中國(guó)援外人力資源開發(fā)合作的重要形式。習(xí)近平總書記指出要落實(shí)正確義利觀,做好對(duì)外援助工作,并對(duì)援外培訓(xùn)工作做出系列部署。新形勢(shì)下,如何不斷加強(qiáng)援外培訓(xùn)工作,不斷提高培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量和效益?以氣象援外培訓(xùn)為例,梳理介紹氣象援外培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目的策劃與實(shí)施概況,并從課程體系開發(fā)、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面對(duì)加強(qiáng)援外培訓(xùn)教學(xué)工作提出思考和建議。
[Abstract]:Foreign aid training is an important form of human resources development cooperation in China. General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out the need to implement a correct view of justice and profit, to do a good job in foreign aid, and to make a series of arrangements for foreign aid training. Under the new situation, how to continuously strengthen the training work of foreign aid and improve the quality and efficiency of the training? Taking the training of meteorological foreign aid as an example, this paper introduces the general situation of the planning and implementation of the training project of meteorological foreign aid, and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on strengthening the training and teaching work of foreign aid from the aspects of curriculum system development and the construction of the teaching staff.
