【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的不斷深入,企業(yè)的人力資源管理成為關(guān)注重點(diǎn),并取得顯著性成效。但從我國(guó)企業(yè)人力資源配置情況上來(lái)看,普遍存在管理不合理、缺乏配套制度等問(wèn)題,嚴(yán)重影響到人力資源管理功能的發(fā)揮。因此,需加大管理對(duì)策的探究力度,以在解決配置問(wèn)題的同時(shí),促進(jìn)企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展。下面,本文從人力資源配置問(wèn)題角度出發(fā),總結(jié)管理對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic system, human resource management has become the focus of attention and achieved remarkable results. However, from the point of view of human resource allocation in Chinese enterprises, there are some problems such as unreasonable management and lack of supporting system, which seriously affect the function of human resource management. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the exploration of management countermeasures in order to solve the problem of allocation and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. Next, this article from the human resources allocation question angle, summarizes the management countermeasure.
