基于知識(shí)圖譜的中國(guó)組織變革研究發(fā)展演化分析

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)際環(huán)境的快速變化,組織面臨著不同程度變革的需要,組織變革問(wèn)題也成為了管理科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的重點(diǎn)研究課題。以CNKI數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中CSSCI期刊收錄共791篇為文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)(2000—2016年),運(yùn)用CiteSpace軟件中共詞分析和時(shí)區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視圖的可視化方法進(jìn)行知識(shí)圖譜的繪制,從科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)分析的角度全面展示組織變革研究成果的總體現(xiàn)狀,梳理熱點(diǎn)研究主題和演化路徑,把握發(fā)展方向和前沿趨勢(shì)。國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者從變革角度、變革手段和變革宗旨等層面對(duì)組織變革進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,總體呈現(xiàn)了增長(zhǎng)、高峰和回歸的態(tài)勢(shì);交易費(fèi)用理論作為關(guān)鍵的理論基礎(chǔ)發(fā)揮了重要的作用;組織變革的研究歷程經(jīng)歷了以人力資源管理和組織結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整為主線,到組織個(gè)體行為特征和組織心理學(xué)對(duì)變革結(jié)果影響的轉(zhuǎn)變,近年來(lái)呈現(xiàn)研究方法和視角多樣化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題集中在組織學(xué)習(xí)、創(chuàng)新績(jī)效和學(xué)校組織變革等方面。
[Abstract]:With the rapid changes in the international environment, organizations are facing the need of varying degrees of change. Organizational change has also become a key research topic in the field of management science. A total of 791 articles of CSSCI journals collected in CNKI database were used as the basic literature data (2000-2016), and the knowledge map was drawn by using CiteSpace software word analysis and time zone network view visualization method. From the point of view of scientific literature analysis, this paper presents the overall status quo of organizational change research results, combs the hot research topics and evolution paths, and grasps the development direction and frontier trend. The domestic scholars have systematically studied the organizational change from the angle of change, the means of change and the purpose of change, which have shown the trend of growth, peak and return, and the transaction cost theory has played an important role as the key theoretical foundation. The research process of organizational change has experienced a change from human resource management and organizational structure adjustment to the influence of organizational individual behavior and organizational psychology on the result of change. In recent years, the research methods and perspectives are diversified. Hot issues focus on organizational learning, innovative performance and school organizational change.
