【摘要】：隨著計算機技術不斷的進步發(fā)展運用到企業(yè)信息化建設的程度越高,社會各界已普遍采用了計算機信息系統(tǒng)。信息系統(tǒng)內容的不斷豐富,具體業(yè)務對信息系統(tǒng)的依賴程度也越來越深,信息系統(tǒng)的任何變化,都有可能直接影響到業(yè)務的正常開展與否。面對越來越復雜多變的用戶需求和業(yè)務需求,以及不斷擴展的IT應用,計算機信息系統(tǒng)的日常運行維護已經成為各行各業(yè)普遍關注的問題。系統(tǒng)運維從最初的數臺服務器到現在規(guī)模巨大的數據中心,單單依靠人工手段進行運維管理已經明顯滿足不了業(yè)務、技術以及管理方面的要求。目前,信息系統(tǒng)建設在技術上已經有了長足的發(fā)展,但是信息系統(tǒng)運維管理卻沒有相應的快速提升,因此需要建立相對完善和成熟的運維自動化管理系統(tǒng),以達到提升信息部門的服務質量和人員素質,提高部門的運維水平的目的。計算機運維的標準化、自動化等能夠大幅降低IT運行維護的人力資源成本,開始被人們所關注。IT運維自動化最初的目的是為了減少人工操作,將人從繁瑣枯燥的日常維護操作中解脫出來,一方面可以減少出錯幾率,保證系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,另一方面也可以降低人力成本。而IT運維自動化發(fā)展到如今,已經不單單是為了減少人工操作了,它可以對系統(tǒng)進行全面的分析和更深入的挖掘,將關注點放在如何實現系統(tǒng)的性能和服務的最優(yōu)化,為企業(yè)提供高效化管理。IT運維自動化不僅僅局限在人和機器之間,現在已經擴展到了客戶服務和決策層面,幫助企業(yè)簡化IT系統(tǒng)、提升運維績效。本課題通過c\集整理國內外關于信息系統(tǒng)運維管理的文獻,對其進行歸類總結,并對相關企業(yè)和單位進行了實際調研,詳細分析了企業(yè)信息化建設和運維的現狀和所遇到的問題,在此基礎上,確定課題的創(chuàng)新點和切入點,制定了論文的研究方向和寫作框架,提出了構建信息化自動運維應用平臺設計的思想,重點論述了數據的采集、數據展示和運維告警實現過程。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer technology, computer information system has been widely used in the society. With the continuous enrichment of the information system content, the specific business depends more and more on the information system. Any change of the information system may directly affect the normal development of the business. In the face of more and more complex and changeable user requirements and business requirements, as well as expanding IT applications, the daily operation and maintenance of computer information systems has become a common concern in all walks of life. System operation and maintenance from the initial number of servers to today's huge data center, relying solely on manual means for operational and maintenance management has obviously failed to meet the requirements of business, technology and management. At present, the construction of information system has made great progress in technology, but the operation and maintenance management of information system has not been promoted rapidly, so it is necessary to establish a relatively perfect and mature operation and maintenance automation management system. In order to improve the service quality and personnel quality of the information department, improve the operation and maintenance level of the department. The standardization of computer operation and maintenance, automation and so on can greatly reduce the human resource cost of IT operation and maintenance, and the initial purpose of IT operation and maintenance automation is to reduce manual operation. On the one hand, it can reduce the probability of error and ensure the stability of the system, on the other hand, it can also reduce the cost of labor. The development of IT operation and maintenance automation is not only to reduce manual operation, but also to analyze the system comprehensively and excavate more deeply, focusing on how to optimize the performance and service of the system. Providing high efficiency management for enterprises. The automation of operation and maintenance of IT is not only confined between human and machine, but also extends to customer service and decision level, which helps enterprises simplify IT system and improve the performance of operation and maintenance. This subject collates the literature about information system operation and maintenance management at home and abroad through c, classifies and summarizes it, and carries on the actual investigation to the related enterprise and the unit. Based on the detailed analysis of the current situation and problems encountered in the construction and maintenance of enterprise information, the innovation points and entry points of the subject are determined, and the research direction and writing framework of the thesis are formulated. In this paper, the idea of constructing the application platform of information automatic operation and maintenance is put forward, and the process of data collection, data display and operation and maintenance alarm is discussed emphatically.
