【摘要】:文章針對目前我國醫(yī)院編制模式存在著"同工不同酬"、影響人才穩(wěn)定、阻礙醫(yī)生多點(diǎn)執(zhí)業(yè)等問題,從強(qiáng)化醫(yī)院編制自主管理、完善編制備案配套政策、科學(xué)制定醫(yī)院編制總量等方面,進(jìn)一步深化醫(yī)院用人機(jī)制改革,實(shí)行編制備案制提出了一些建議。
[Abstract]:In view of the existing problems of "equal work and different pay" in the hospital establishment mode in our country at present, which affect the stability of talents and hinder doctors' multi-point practice, the article discusses how to strengthen the independent management of hospital establishment and improve the supporting policy of compiling and filing. Some suggestions are put forward to further deepen the reform of hospital employment mechanism and implement the establishment and filing system.
