【摘要】：當(dāng)前,隨著信息技術(shù)及其產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,人類已逐漸進(jìn)入了新經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,與此同時(shí)企業(yè)管理工作在現(xiàn)代技術(shù)的支持下也得到了不斷地革新,在這一背景下,人力資源管理工作作為企業(yè)發(fā)展中的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容,人們對(duì)此也給予了高度的重視。本文主要就新經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代企業(yè)人力資源管理創(chuàng)新問題進(jìn)行了一定的探究,旨在一定程度上促進(jìn)企業(yè)的綜合發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, with the rapid development of information technology and its industry, human beings have gradually entered the new economic era, at the same time, the enterprise management work has been constantly innovated under the support of modern technology. As an important part of enterprise development, human resource management has been attached great importance to. This paper probes into the innovation of enterprise human resource management in the new economic era in order to promote the comprehensive development of enterprises to a certain extent.
