【摘要】：實(shí)施會(huì)計(jì)"綠色檔案"發(fā)展策略,亦即全面開展會(huì)計(jì)檔案電子化管理工作,一方面可以減少大量紙質(zhì)憑證的打印、傳遞、整理、保管等工作;另一方面,也可以節(jié)約人力資源,使會(huì)計(jì)人員將更多的精力放在更加重要的工作崗位上,全面促進(jìn)整個(gè)社會(huì)的資源節(jié)約。同時(shí),隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的來臨,整個(gè)社會(huì)的檔案管理都將面臨機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),而會(huì)計(jì)檔案的管理要在大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代成功轉(zhuǎn)型,離不開會(huì)計(jì)"綠色檔案"的發(fā)展和實(shí)施。但是,要想保證會(huì)計(jì)電子檔案長期的安全性,還應(yīng)該積極探索安全性保障措施,建立數(shù)據(jù)格式、存儲保管、數(shù)據(jù)災(zāi)備等方面的安全保障機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The implementation of the development strategy of accounting "green archives", that is, comprehensively developing the electronic management of accounting archives, can, on the one hand, reduce the printing, transmission, arrangement and custody of a large number of paper documents; on the other hand, it can also save human resources. So that accountants will focus more energy on more important jobs, promoting the overall social resources conservation. At the same time, with the coming of big data era, the archives management of the whole society will be faced with opportunities and challenges. If the management of accounting archives is to transform successfully in the era of big data, it cannot leave the development and implementation of the accounting "green archives". However, in order to ensure the long-term security of accounting electronic files, we should actively explore security measures, establish data format, storage and storage, data disaster preparedness and other aspects of safety and security mechanisms.
