【摘要】：作為員工積極態(tài)度和行為的內(nèi)源性動(dòng)機(jī),組織認(rèn)同一直是人力資源管理的重要目標(biāo),因此,有必要弄清組織認(rèn)同到底是如何產(chǎn)生的�，F(xiàn)有研究中關(guān)于組織認(rèn)同產(chǎn)生機(jī)制的研究都是從組織和員工兩個(gè)獨(dú)立的角度分別進(jìn)行研究的,然而組織認(rèn)同的產(chǎn)生并不是一個(gè)獨(dú)立的過程而是組織與員工互動(dòng)的結(jié)果。為此,文章聚焦于組織認(rèn)同研究的最新進(jìn)展,基于意義建構(gòu)的視角分析了組織認(rèn)同的動(dòng)態(tài)產(chǎn)生機(jī)制,并由此提出了提升員工組織認(rèn)同的動(dòng)態(tài)管理策略。
[Abstract]:As the internal motivation of employee's positive attitude and behavior, organizational identity is always the important goal of human resource management. Therefore, it is necessary to find out how organizational identity is produced. The existing studies on the mechanism of organizational identity are conducted from the perspective of organization and staff, but the emergence of organizational identity is not an independent process but the result of interaction between organization and staff. Therefore, this paper focuses on the latest development of organizational identity research, analyzes the dynamic generation mechanism of organizational identity from the perspective of meaning construction, and puts forward the dynamic management strategy to promote the organizational identity of employees.
