【摘要】：轉型經(jīng)濟背景下,創(chuàng)業(yè)對于加快市場化進程和推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的轉型升級具有重要作用,如何實現(xiàn)新創(chuàng)企業(yè)的成長成為學術界和創(chuàng)業(yè)者共同關注的問題。然而,新創(chuàng)企業(yè)難以獲取充足資源,這種“新創(chuàng)缺陷”會阻礙企業(yè)的發(fā)展。而研究發(fā)現(xiàn),對資源進行有效整合能幫助新創(chuàng)企業(yè)克服資源約束,提高企業(yè)績效。因此,資源整合對企業(yè)績效的影響是學術界一個熱點研究問題。然而,現(xiàn)有文獻卻得出了不一致的研究結論,一些研究認為,資源整合能夠通過資源協(xié)同將資源進行最大化利用,進而促進新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效的提高。但另外一些研究則認為,新創(chuàng)企業(yè)如果投入較少的物質(zhì)和人力資源,那么資源整合甚至可能導致企業(yè)績效的降低。導致創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效關系研究結論不一致的原因,與對創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合構思的不同開發(fā)有關。另外,創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合如何影響新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效的作用機理還不明晰�；诖�,本文從創(chuàng)業(yè)者決策邏輯視角研究創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合的內(nèi)涵,并揭示雙元能力在創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效關系間的中介作用。本文依據(jù)資源管理理論和效果推理理論,研究(1)創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合(因果推理型創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合和效果推理型創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合)對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效的影響。(2)雙元能力(探索能力和利用能力)對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效的影響。(3)雙元能力(探索能力和利用能力)在創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效關系間的中介作用。通過對杭州等地區(qū)回收的300份有效問卷數(shù)據(jù)進行因子分析、相關分析、多元線性回歸以及結構方程建模等實證研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)因果推理型創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合和效果推理型創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合均對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效具有正向影響;(2)探索能力和利用能力均對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效具有正向影響;(3)探索能力和利用能力在因果推理型創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合的預期回報和競爭分析與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效關系間具有中介作用;(4)探索能力和利用能力在效果推理型創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合的利用權變和手段導向與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效關系間具有中介作用。文章不僅對資源整合和效果推理兩個研究領域產(chǎn)生理論貢獻,而且對創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐具有一定的指導價值:(1)分析因果推理型創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合和效果推理型創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效的影響,揭示了兩種創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合方式對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效的不同作用機理。(2)分析雙元能力(探索能力與利用能力)在創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效關系中的中介作用,揭示了兩種創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合方式對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效的不同作用路徑。(3)研究對創(chuàng)業(yè)者如何開展創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合,并通過不同的創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合方式提高新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效,具有一定的實踐指導意義。
[Abstract]:Under the background of transition economy, entrepreneurship plays an important role in speeding up the process of marketization and promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure. How to realize the growth of new enterprises has become a common concern of academia and entrepreneurs. However, it is difficult for startups to obtain sufficient resources, which will hinder the development of enterprises. It is found that effective integration of resources can help start-ups overcome resource constraints and improve their performance. Therefore, the impact of resource integration on enterprise performance is a hot issue in academia. However, the existing literature has reached inconsistent conclusions, some studies believe that resource integration can maximize the use of resources through resource coordination, thereby promoting the performance of start-up enterprises. But other studies suggest that if startups invest less material and human resources, resource integration may even lead to lower performance. The reason why the relationship between entrepreneurial resource integration and start-up enterprise performance is inconsistent is related to the different development of entrepreneurial resource integration conception. In addition, the mechanism of how the integration of entrepreneurial resources affects the performance of new enterprises is unclear. Based on this, this paper studies the connotation of entrepreneurial resource integration from the perspective of entrepreneurial decision logic, and reveals the intermediary role of dual competence in the relationship between entrepreneurial resource integration and start-up performance. Based on the theory of resource management and the theory of effect reasoning, Research on the impact of Entrepreneurial Resource Integration (causal reasoning Entrepreneurial Resource Integration and effect reasoning Entrepreneurial Resource Integration) on the performance of New Venture (3) the intermediary role of dual abilities (exploration ability and utilization ability) in the relationship between entrepreneurial resource integration and start-up performance. Through factor analysis and correlation analysis of 300 valid questionnaire data collected from Hangzhou and other regions, Empirical studies such as multiple linear regression and structural equation modeling have found that both causal reasoning resource integration and effect reasoning entrepreneurial resource integration have a positive impact on the performance of a start-up. 2) both the ability to explore and the ability to utilize are both positive. The ability of exploring and utilizing can mediate the relationship between the expected return and competitive analysis of cause-and-effect entrepreneurial resource integration and the performance of new venture. Force plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the use of contingency and means orientation and the performance of the new venture. This paper not only makes theoretical contributions to the two research fields of resource integration and effect reasoning, Furthermore, it has a certain guiding value to entrepreneurial practice.
